Article 117. Bill not to lapse on prorogation, etc
(1) A Bill pending in a Provincial Assembly shall not lapse by reason of the prorogation of the Assembly.
- A Bill pending in a Provincial Assembly shall lapse on the dissolution of the Assembly.
