Article 242. Public Service Commission

^[2] in relation to the affairs of the Federation, and the Provincial Assembly of a Province in relation to the affairs of the Province, may, by law, provide for the establishment and constitution of a Public Service Commission. by the Constitution (Twenty-seventh Amendment) Act, 2025 (Act No. XXXII of 2025), s. 50. 2 Subs.and ins. by the Revival of the Constitution of 1973 Order, 1985 (P.O. No. 14 of 198^[3] 5), Art.2 and Sch. ^[3]

A Public Service Commission shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by law.
