Section 33. Judgment and decree

The Court, after the case has been heard, shall pronounce judgment, and on such judgment a decree shall follow. 1 Subs. by the Adaptation of Central Acts and Ordinances Order, 1949 (Order No. 4 of 1949) Art. 3 and Sch. 2 Subs. by the Central Laws (Statute Reform) Ordinance, No. XXI of 1960, s.3 and 2nd Sch.
