Section 471. Person acquitted on such ground to be detained in safe custody

- Power of Provincial Government to relieve Inspector General of certain functions. The [2] may empower the officer incharge of the jail in which a person is confined under the provisions of section 466 or this section, to discharge all or any of the functions of the Inspector General of Prisons under 3[* *] section 473 or section 474.
