Article 216. Commissioner 2[and members] not to hold office of profit

The Commissioner ^[2] or a member shall not—

hold any other office of profit in the service of Pakistan; or
occupy any other position carrying the right to remuneration for the rendering of services.

(2) A person who has held office as Commissioner shall not hold^[2] any office of profit in the service of Pakistan before the expiration of two years after he has ceased to hold that office ^[1]. XXV of 2016, ss.4-6. ^[2] ^[5]
